Baker is a lifetime student of human behaviour which coupled with proficient knowledge of Neuro Linguistic Programming have been the backbone of an illustrious business career especially in sales & marketing .His experience ranges from used car sales, network marketing under Amway to direct sales for Fortune 500 companies like Direct Tv and AT&T where he was a top performer. Baker however maintains his humility and an insatiable appetite to learn, guided by a quote from the legendary Jim Rohn “formal education will make you a living; self-education will make you a fortune.”

Going digital is not only the future of business but every aspect of life as we know it. It’s imperative that all people and companies establish a solid presence on the internet so as to grow their digital influence.

Alongside growing his business empire, Baker travels the world sharing insights into personal development and how to master the psychology of influence as authored in his best-selling book, “Building your Influence". 

In this book he explores, in-depth how one can package and brand their value proposition to the world and then effectively communicate it to get the much needed ‘yes’ when the call to action is made. Getting a resounding ‘Yes’ is what everyone craves when selling a product, pitching a business idea, campaigning for an office, perhaps delivering a sermon or even merely asking someone out on a date only if they knew how to.

His life journey has so far seen him travel to four continents sharing the secrets of influence, mind and emotional mastery while empowering hundreds of people to unravel the mysterious power of influence as they pursue successful business and creating a better life for themselves.

When your cup is full, what next?  Baker is a devoted egalitarian and altruist. He along with his siblings founded Discovery Junior school located in Uganda to help offer education to underprivileged kids. What started as a pet project now caters to laying a solid foundation for over 400 students in the hope of them becoming the next leaders and positive change agents on the African continent.
